Me, Marina and The Diamonds in Technicolour…

2 Jan

One of my new year’s resolutions is to experiment more with colour. Right now, I have around 20 shades of brown to play with, and my lips are the only chameleon aspect of my make-up regime, going from red or nude in winter to hot matte colours in the summer. Well, to inspire my move across the colour wheel, Marina Diamandis, the gorgeous songstress – her off Marina and The Diamonds – is also trying out a new look for 2011, as the face of Max Factor’s colour collections, Colour Effect.

The stylish lass will front Max Factor’s ‘Big Night Out’ campaign, inspiring girls to put a bit of colour into their party bags. The look will be designed by Max Factor’s legendary front-woman, Caroline Barnes, the celebrity make-up artist who has worked with the likes of Cheryl Cole. This woman is not only dreamy in her own right, but is full of tips – so look out for her vodcast with Marina in the new year, showing us all how to experiment with colour without ending up like a four-year-old’s finger painting.
