Afternoon tea at MetroDeco, Brighton

10 Oct

A 1930’s Parisian teashop. Where the antique furniture is for sale, the clientele are gentleman wearing two-tone brogues and Ella Fitzgerald croons over your rose-infused Earl Grey. What could be better?

That’s what. Afternoon tea – a cup of Shades of Grey, another of Masala Chai Express and a platter of sandwiches, petit fours and warm scones with jam and clotted cream.

This looks wonderful, I know to go here next time in Brighton. Fantastic that they have chai in ther menu, most afternoon tea places don’t.
